PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Divide the room without dividing the household.

The Avernoza® Threshold Freestanding Cat Partition introduces structure into an open-plan space while preserving routes for feline movement.

Three connected sections form one gently curved architectural screen. Vertical pale ash slats soften direct views between adjoining areas while still allowing natural light and air to pass through.

At floor level, a smooth arched opening gives cats a deliberate route through the partition. Two staggered pale ash observation platforms provide temporary elevated positions for resting and watching activity on either side.

Unlike a conventional pet gate, Threshold is not intended to prevent cats from entering another room. It is a shared piece of furniture designed to organize space while maintaining visual and physical connection.

A weighted Deep Sage steel base, stabilizing feet and curved configuration support the freestanding structure. No load-bearing installation into the wall is required for the standard configuration, subject to final stability testing and placement instructions.

The Avernoza crest appears once at the center of the front plinth, physically pressed into the Deep Sage metal surface.

SPACE-DIVIDING FUNCTION

Threshold may be used to define a reading area, dining area, workspace or quiet cat zone within a larger room.

The slatted structure reduces uninterrupted sightlines without creating a solid wall.

Because light and air can pass between the slats, Threshold maintains a more open feeling than an opaque partition.

CAT PASSAGE

The lower arch provides a dedicated route through the center of the divider.

Its internal surfaces are smoothly finished, with rounded edges and no moving door.

Threshold is not a secure pet gate. Cats may also move around or jump onto the product.

OBSERVATION PLATFORMS

The two platforms offer different viewing heights.

Each platform includes a fitted removable pad for traction and comfort. They are intended for temporary feline resting and observation, not long-term storage.

Do not place decorative objects on the platforms while cats are using the product.

PLACEMENT AND ASSEMBLY

Assemble Threshold with two adults on a protected level surface.

Install every supplied stabilizing foot and weighted base component before raising the partition.

Do not position it at the top of stairs, beside an open balcony, in front of an emergency exit or where a falling object could block a doorway.

Use any supplied anti-tip restraint required for the final market, floor type or installation configuration.

CLEANING AND CARE

Dust the slats regularly using a soft cloth or low-suction brush attachment.

Wipe the metal frame with a lightly damp cloth. Remove moisture from wooden components promptly.

Remove platform pads for cleaning according to their final care labels.

Inspect all frame connections, platform fasteners, feet and base components regularly.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Threshold is not a child barrier, security gate or pet-containment system.

Children must not climb, hang or pull on the slats and platforms.

Maximum platform loading and freestanding stability claims must be confirmed using the final production model.

Discontinue use if the frame becomes unstable, a slat loosens or a platform connection becomes damaged.
