The Avernoza® Preserve Chilled Meal Feeder is designed for cats whose daily routine includes wet food but whose meals cannot always be served by hand at the same time each day.

Its removable Warm Ivory ceramic tray is divided into three individual meal compartments. Once the meals have been prepared, the insulated rotating lid keeps unopened sections covered while presenting only the scheduled compartment.

At the selected mealtime, the lid rotates quietly to reveal the next prepared portion. The remaining compartments stay covered within the cooled interior until their scheduled serving times.

Unlike passive feeders that rely only on frozen ice packs, Preserve uses an integrated thermoelectric cooling system beneath the ceramic tray. The cooling plate, insulated lid and sealed tray area work together to maintain a controlled chilled environment while the meals wait to be served.

Cooling performance depends on ambient temperature, food temperature, portion size and operating conditions. Final temperature and holding-time claims must be based on testing of the production model.

The low horizontal form provides comfortable access to the exposed meal compartment without requiring a tall feeding position. Smooth, rounded openings give cats room around the face and whiskers while helping contain each portion inside the ceramic tray.

The Deep Sage powder-coated metal housing is designed to feel like part of the home rather than a conventional plastic feeding device. Its controls remain discreet along the rear edge, while the single Avernoza crest is permanently stamped into the front metal surface.

THREE MEALS, INDIVIDUALLY COVERED

The removable ceramic tray contains three generously sized compartments.

Food can be prepared in advance and divided according to the cat’s established meal plan. Once the tray is installed, the rotating lid covers the compartments and reveals only the active eating position.

The next section remains inaccessible until the programmed time arrives or the user advances the lid manually.

This design helps separate individual portions while preventing the cat from accessing every prepared meal at once.

ACTIVE COOLING

Preserve uses an electrically powered thermoelectric cooling system rather than relying solely on removable ice packs.

A stainless steel cooling plate sits beneath the ceramic tray and transfers cooling across the covered meal area.

An insulated lid and silicone sealing surfaces help limit exposure to warm household air while compartments are waiting to open.

The device should be filled with properly chilled food and operated continuously in a suitable indoor environment.

Preserve does not freeze food and should not be used to cool food that has already remained at room temperature for an unsafe period.

SMART SCHEDULING

Create scheduled serving times for each available meal compartment.

Review the current lid position and remaining scheduled meals.

Advance to the next compartment manually when required.

Pause or update future meal times through the app.

Receive notifications relating to meal access, power interruption or operating status.

Saved schedules remain stored locally after setup, although active cooling requires continuous electrical power.

A CALMER APPROACH TO WET-FOOD FEEDING

Preserve is intended to support daily routines during working hours, early mornings and short periods away from the feeding area.

It does not replace daily supervision or responsible food handling.

Owners should continue checking the feeder, food condition, electrical connection and their cat’s eating behavior every day.

If there is any uncertainty about food temperature or freshness, the food should be discarded rather than served.

CERAMIC THREE-MEAL TRAY

The removable tray is made from glazed stoneware ceramic rather than lightweight plastic.

Its Warm Ivory satin glaze creates a smooth food-contact surface and allows remaining food to be seen easily.

Rounded internal corners make the compartments easier to access and clean.

The entire tray lifts away from the cooling surface for washing and preparation.

A replacement tray may be purchased separately, allowing one tray to be cleaned while another is prepared.

PRODUCT DESIGN

Preserve has been developed as a low architectural object rather than a conventional circular timer bowl.

The broad Deep Sage body conceals the cooling components, rotating mechanism and internal electronics.

Its flush Warm Ivory lid sits within a narrow dark seal line and rotates only far enough to reveal the active meal compartment.

Ventilation openings are positioned toward the rear and sides to maintain airflow without dominating the front appearance.

The control strip remains dark and visually quiet when not in use.

The Avernoza crest appears once at the center front. It is pressed directly into the metal housing before the Deep Sage powder coating is applied, forming a permanent monochrome bas-relief.

HOW TO SET UP

Place Preserve on a dry, level surface with adequate space around the rear ventilation openings.

Do not position the feeder in direct sunlight, beside a heater or inside an enclosed cabinet.

Wash and completely dry the ceramic tray before first use.

Connect the feeder to its dedicated power adapter.

Download the Avernoza app and follow the pairing instructions.

Confirm the correct local time and time zone.

Pre-cool the empty feeder according to the final product instructions.

Fill the ceramic compartments with properly refrigerated wet food.

Return the tray to the cooling plate and close the insulated lid.

Create the meal schedule and confirm the correct starting compartment.

Run one supervised opening cycle before relying on the schedule.

DAILY USE

Begin with food that has already been stored at the correct refrigerated temperature.

Divide the appropriate portions between the required meal compartments.

Do not overfill the tray or allow food to extend above the compartment edges.

Ensure the lid rotates freely and closes completely.

Check the device and remove uneaten food after each scheduled access period.

Wash the tray before preparing a new set of meals.

Always provide a separate source of fresh drinking water.

FOOD SAFETY

Preserve is a feeding appliance and does not make spoiled or improperly handled food safe.

Always follow the storage and serving instructions provided by the cat-food manufacturer.

Cooling performance is affected by room temperature, initial food temperature, portion volume, ventilation and power availability.

Do not use food that has remained unrefrigerated beyond its recommended safe period.

Discard food following an extended power interruption or whenever its storage temperature is uncertain.

Do not use visibly spoiled, expired or contaminated food.

Consult the production manual for validated operating temperatures and maximum holding times.

CLEANING AND CARE

Disconnect the device from power before cleaning.

Remove the ceramic tray and wash it separately using warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge.

If dishwasher use is approved for the production tray, place it securely on the upper rack.

Allow the tray to dry completely before reinstalling it.

Wipe the cooling plate with a soft damp cloth after it has returned to room temperature.

Remove condensation from the designated drainage area.

Wipe the exterior housing and lid with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

Do not submerge the feeder body, cooling system, controls, ventilation openings or power connection.

Do not spray water directly into the device.

Do not use abrasive brushes, metal pads or harsh chemical cleaners.

Keep the ventilation openings free from dust, hair and surrounding objects.

IMPORTANT USE INFORMATION

Active cooling requires continuous mains power.

Any backup power function may operate the lid and saved schedule only; it should not be represented as maintaining refrigeration unless verified through production testing.

The feeder is not designed for outdoor use.
