The Avernoza® Arc Slow-Feed Ceramic Bowl transforms the familiar slow feeder into a sculptural object designed for both cats and thoughtfully styled homes.

Unlike conventional slow feeders filled with narrow plastic mazes or sharp obstacles, Arc uses five generously rounded ceramic ridges to create a series of smooth, accessible feeding paths.

Food can be distributed between the curved sections, encouraging cats to move around the bowl and take smaller mouthfuls rather than reaching an entire meal from one open area.

The low-profile shape keeps food close to floor level and provides an open, wide eating surface. Its broad proportions give whiskers more room around the sides, while the softly rounded interior contains no sharp corners or narrow spaces that are difficult to reach.

Crafted from fine stoneware, Arc combines a Warm Ivory satin-glazed interior with Avernoza’s signature Deep Sage matte exterior. The contrast makes individual food portions easier to see while maintaining the calm, architectural visual language of the Nourish Series.

A concealed silicone base ring helps the bowl remain stable during use and protects hard floors from direct ceramic contact.

The Avernoza crest appears once on the front of the bowl. It is molded directly into the ceramic as a permanent monochrome bas-relief, with recessed contours and subtle glaze variation that become part of the finished stoneware surface.

HOW THE ARC DESIGN WORKS

Instead of presenting the entire meal in one open area, Arc divides food between a series of curved channels.

As the cat moves between these sections, each mouthful requires a slightly different approach. This can extend the time spent eating and create a more engaging daily feeding routine.

The ridges are intentionally smooth and widely spaced. They are designed to guide the eating pattern without creating sharp corners, excessively narrow gaps or difficult-to-clean compartments.

For wet food, place small portions between several channels.

For dry food, distribute kibble evenly around the entire bowl rather than pouring it into a single section.

DESIGN DETAILS

Arc has been designed as a low sculptural dish rather than a conventional raised maze feeder.

The exterior wall tapers gently toward the base, giving the bowl a grounded architectural profile. Its internal ridges follow flowing asymmetric curves that complement the form without directly repeating the Avernoza logo.

The Warm Ivory interior creates a clean visual contrast with food, while the matte Deep Sage exterior connects Arc to the wider Nourish Series.

The front crest is not a printed decoration, adhesive label or attached metal badge. It is pressed directly into the ceramic mold and finished in the same Deep Sage glaze as the surrounding surface.

HOW TO USE

Place the bowl on a clean, level surface.

Distribute food between several curved channels instead of placing the entire portion in one area.

Always provide fresh drinking water separately.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Remove remaining food after every meal.

Wash the bowl with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge.

Avoid abrasive brushes, metal scouring pads and harsh chemical cleaners, as they may damage the ceramic glaze.

If dishwasher use is approved for the final production version, place the bowl securely on the upper rack.

Dry the underside and silicone ring thoroughly before returning the bowl to the floor.

Avoid sudden extreme temperature changes.
