Cats can be sensitive to changes in routine, including where and how they drink. The Avernoza® Roam Insulated Travel Water Set provides a familiar, dedicated source of water during road trips, hotel stays, veterinary visits and days away from home.

Unlike portable pet bottles that require the animal to drink from a narrow attached trough, Roam includes a separate wide, shallow drinking cup. Once removed from the bottle, the cup rests independently on the floor, giving the cat a stable drinking surface with more open space around the face and whiskers.

Between uses, the cup nests around the lower section of the bottle and locks into place with a short quarter-turn movement. This integrated arrangement keeps the set together without requiring a separate travel bowl or storage pouch.

The 600 mL bottle is constructed from double-wall stainless steel to help slow changes in water temperature. Its Deep Sage powder-coated exterior provides a tactile, durable finish, while the Warm Ivory cap and drinking cup connect Roam to the established visual language of the Avernoza Flow Series.

A controlled-pour cap allows water to be dispensed into the detached cup without fully removing the main lid. A mechanical safety lock helps prevent the valve from being pressed accidentally while the bottle is being carried.

The Avernoza crest appears once on the front of the bottle. It is stamped directly into the metal beneath the Deep Sage finish, creating a permanent monochrome bas-relief rather than a printed logo, sticker or attached badge.

A CAT-FIRST TRAVEL CUP

Many portable pet bottles use a narrow scoop or trough attached directly to the bottle opening. These shapes are often designed around dogs and may provide limited room around a cat’s face.

Roam uses a separate low-profile cup with a smooth, open interior. The drinking surface allows a cat to approach the water from different angles without placing its face against the bottle or drinking mechanism.

Its gently rounded internal corners make remaining water easier to see and help simplify cleaning after use.

A discreet silicone ring beneath the cup improves grip on smooth hotel, vehicle and household surfaces.

NESTING STORAGE SYSTEM

The drinking cup fits around the lower section of the bottle when not in use.

Align the cup with the locating marks at the bottle base, press it gently into position and rotate until secured. The attached cup forms a protective lower shell and keeps both parts together inside a travel bag.

To use the set, rotate the cup in the opposite direction and place it on a clean, level surface.

The cup should be completely dry before it is returned to the storage position for an extended period.

CONTROLLED-POUR CAP

The Warm Ivory cap incorporates a protected dispensing valve and a mechanical travel lock.

Once the drinking cup has been removed, slide the control into the unlocked position. Hold the dispensing control while tilting the bottle over the cup, then release it to stop the flow.

This provides greater control over the amount served and reduces the need to remove the full cap in unfamiliar environments.

The valve should always be locked before the bottle is placed inside a bag. Final leakage resistance must be confirmed through production testing.

VACUUM-INSULATED BOTTLE

The double-wall stainless-steel construction helps reduce heat transfer between the water and the surrounding environment.

Roam is designed for cool or room-temperature drinking water. Insulation performance will vary according to the starting water temperature, ambient conditions, fill level and frequency of use.

Exact temperature-retention times should only be published after the final production bottle has completed controlled insulation testing.

TRAVEL HYGIENE

Water remaining in the cup after a cat has started drinking should not be returned to the bottle.

Saliva, hair and material from the surrounding environment can enter the drinking cup during use. Discard the remaining water, rinse the cup when possible and serve fresh water at the next stop.

The separate-cup design keeps the bottle’s internal water supply away from the surface used for drinking.

DESIGN AND MATERIALS

Roam continues the restrained material palette established across the Avernoza Flow Series.

The bottle uses a finely textured Deep Sage powder coating over its stainless-steel body. The cap and cup are finished in Warm Ivory with a subtle mineral-inspired satin surface.

The carry loop follows the bottle color rather than introducing contrasting hardware. Controls and seams remain deliberately quiet, allowing the set to feel like a considered travel object instead of a conventional pet accessory.

The Avernoza crest is pressed into the bottle’s metal wall before the exterior finish is applied. It remains monochrome and tactile, with shallow highlights and shadows produced by the actual surface relief.

HOW TO USE

1. Wash the bottle, cap and drinking cup before first use.
2. Rinse every component thoroughly and allow it to dry.
3. Fill the bottle with fresh drinking water, leaving sufficient space beneath the cap.
4. Install the cap and tighten it evenly.
5. Confirm that the dispensing control is closed and the safety lock is engaged.
6. Attach the dry drinking cup around the bottle base for transport.
7. At the drinking location, rotate and remove the cup.
8. Place the cup on a clean, stable and level surface.
9. Unlock the cap and dispense an appropriate amount of water into the cup.
10. Allow the cat to approach and drink without pressure.
11. Discard unused water after the drinking session rather than returning it to the bottle.
12. Rinse and dry the cup before reattaching it to the bottle.

CLEANING AND CARE

Empty and rinse the drinking cup after every use.

Wash the cup with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge.

Hand-wash the insulated bottle. Do not place the bottle body in a dishwasher unless the final production instructions specifically approve it.

Remove the cap and clean around the dispensing valve and silicone seal regularly.

Allow all components to dry completely before reassembly.

Do not use abrasive pads, metal brushes, bleach or harsh chemical cleaners.

Do not boil the cap, cup or seals.

Do not place the insulated bottle in a microwave, freezer or conventional oven.

Inspect the valve and silicone seal periodically. Replace components that become damaged, distorted or difficult to clean.

IMPORTANT USE INFORMATION

Roam is intended for fresh drinking water only.

Do not fill it with hot water intended for a cat, carbonated drinks, milk, broth, wet food or liquids requiring refrigeration.

Never serve water at a temperature that may injure the cat.

Do not leave the filled bottle inside a hot parked vehicle or in prolonged direct sunlight.

Do not allow the cat to chew the cap, carry loop or silicone components.

The cup should be placed on a stable surface before use and should not be held directly against an unwilling or nervous cat’s face.

Roam supports travel hydration but does not replace monitoring. Check your cat’s water intake, behavior and general condition throughout a journey.

Consult a qualified veterinarian if your cat drinks substantially more or less than usual or shows signs of illness.
