The Avernoza® Ascent Modular Climbing Wall gives indoor cats a sequence of elevated destinations while preserving valuable living space below.

The complete system combines seven coordinated modules: a low launch step, a felt-covered lower platform, a slatted bridge, a central landing platform, a vertical sisal scratching panel, an upper oval lounge and a final lookout step.

Together, the modules create a varied route rather than a simple row of shelves. The cat can move upward in stages, pause at the central landing, cross the flexible bridge, use the vertical scratching surface and settle into the protected upper lounge.

Pale ash wood introduces the warmth of furniture, Deep Sage brackets visually connect the system to the wider Avernoza collection, and replaceable wool-felt surfaces add traction where the cat lands and rests.

The Avernoza crest appears once on the front of the lowest ash launch step. It is carved into the wood as a subtle same-material relief.

CONFIGURATION

The layout shown in the product images is the recommended complete configuration.

Exact spacing may be adjusted to suit the cat’s size, age and movement confidence, provided every module remains anchored to an appropriate structural surface.

Older cats or cats with reduced mobility may require shorter vertical and horizontal gaps. Confident adult cats may prefer a more extended route.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

Ascent must be attached to structural wall framing or an appropriate masonry system.

Do not install the complete system using ordinary plasterboard or drywall anchors alone.

Fasteners must be selected for the specific wall construction. If wall structure, pipe location, wiring or fixing strength is uncertain, installation should be completed by a qualified professional.

Use the supplied template to confirm the full layout before drilling.

After installation, apply controlled downward pressure to every platform and inspect all connections before allowing the cat to use the system.

CLEANING AND CARE

Vacuum felt and sisal surfaces regularly.

Remove detachable pads for cleaning according to their final care labels. Wipe wood and metal components with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry promptly.

Inspect fixings, brackets, bridge connections, pads and scratching material at least monthly. Tighten approved fasteners when required.

Replace worn traction or scratching surfaces before the underlying structure becomes exposed.

Do not install above televisions, glass furniture, fireplaces, feeding appliances or fragile objects.

Keep the landing area below the system clear.
